What Aftersale service is provided by Shijizhuang Hongdefa Machinery.​

1. Overseas service centers available, 24hr service: Lusaka Zambia, Addis Ababa Ethiopia,Kampala Uganda.

2. Spare parts: Supply yearly for maize mill wheat flour mill plant.

3. Installation: Chinese professional engineer will guide the installation and commissioning process, they will also train&teaching the local millers and workers for the operation and maintenance of the milling machine.

4. Online technical support: 24hrs remote technical guidance.

We opened the branch offices in Lusaka/Zambia,Kampala/Uganda,Addis ababa/Ethiopia,where has a big storage room, easy access to some machines and spare parts for customers. The branch officers lives in branch office all the year,and if any needs, they can go to visit customers in Zambia | Uganda | Ethiopia and see the site of land or workshop building and give some good advise to customers.
